If you are unable to locate what you are looking for on our website and you believe that the Port Authority of NSW may hold information that you are entitled to receive, it is possible to apply for information held by?the Port Authority on NSW?via an Access Application.
An Access Application is a formal application for information under the Government Information Public Access Act.
A $30 application fee is payable at the time of the lodgement of your request.
As required by the Act,?the Port Authority of NSW?will review all applications received and will:
Within 5 days determine whether your application is valid and will notify you of the status of your application
Within 20 days determine whether the information requested is held by?the Port Authority of NSW?and whether part or all of the information will be made available to you in accordance with the requirements of the Act and will notify you of the outcome of that determination
Within a reasonable period of not more than 30 working days after the determination, make available any information that?the Port Authority of NSW?has determined it will release in response to your request. Alternatively,?the Port Authority of NSW?will notify you of the further time required to accurately fulfill your application requirements.
